Paddestoel

The four little legs give it such a charming, storybook look in our playroom, and the painted toadstool finish has held up to daily toddler climbing without a scratch. It’s solid enough to double as a step stool for reaching the bookshelf, which I didn’t expect from something so cute.

My toddler loves using this as a little table for her tea parties—the four legs are sturdy enough that she can climb on and off without tipping. The mushroom paint is so charming that even my husband commented on it.

I was a bit worried the paint job would look cheap, but the mushroom spots and earthy red color are surprisingly charming. My toddler loves using it as a little table for her tea parties.
