My three-year-old has spent the past hour arranging acorn caps and pinecones in the different compartments of this tray. The chalkboard lid is a brilliant bonus for drawing little trees between sorting sessions. So glad we finally got this for our nature walks.

I love how the lid doubles as a chalkboard for my toddler to draw on after sorting the treasures. The tray is spacious enough to hold acorns, pinecones, and little rocks without everything spilling over.

The chalkboard lid flips around seamlessly, so my kids can draw a scene then flip it back to build right on top of their artwork. It’s held up to daily dumping, stacking, and sorting without a scratch.
