The rubberwood is so smooth and sturdy, and I love that the arms actually move for posing. The painted face has a gentle expression that my daughter adores.

I bought two of these so my kids could have different skin tones to play with, and they've held up great through daily play. The articulated arms actually move well, so they can sit and wave instead of just lying there stiff.

The rubberwood feels really smooth and solid in my hand, not cheap or plasticky like some other dolls we've tried. My daughter picked the one with the bright yellow outfit and hasn't put it down since.
