The numbered carrot rings fit together so satisfyingly that my toddler keeps asking to “play carrots” every day. It’s been a sneaky way to practice counting and colors without him realizing he’s learning.

The numbered rings make it easy for my daughter to practice counting to 10 on her own, and she loves stacking them in the wrong order just to hear me correct her. The colors are bright enough that she started sorting them by shade before she even got the numbers down.

My 3-year-old actually sits still with this, which says a lot. She lines up the numbered rings and counts them out loud, then starts over just to hear herself do it. The colour sorting has been a surprise bonus, she groups them by shade before stacking.
